Where are you located?

We are based in Sydney, Australia. Our studio, located in Surry Hills, light filled and intimate; the perfect space for our brides to bring their wedding dreams to life.

I am not in Sydney, can I still get a dress made by you?

Absolutely! We work with brides worldwide. Regardless of your location, you will receive the same dedication and intimate feeling during your process. You are able to book a virtual appointment via our website.

How do I place my order?

All orders are placed via email.

We require a 70% deposit and then 30% remaining when your order is ready.

How does the process work?

The process begins with a showroom fitting if you are able to do so to understand your vision. We can also do this through a virtual appointment. All garments are made-to-order. We will get your measurements and match your size to our in house size chart, we are then able to create the dress and turn your dream into a reality.

If you are able to come into our studio there will be 3 initial fittings to ensure the dress fits perfectly. We do all alterations in house.

Can I order your dresses from anywhere else?

All of our designs come from us directly, or available from our stockists which we have listed on our website. Please be mindful of this, if you see our designs anywhere else they are plagiarised. Please do your research & reverse image search.

What is the recommended time frame?

We recommend at least 8 months for production. If your wedding day is closer than this, we may be able to accommodate a shorter turnaround time. Please get in touch with us so that we can discuss this further.

How much is shipping costs?

We ship worldwide. All items will be shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping costs will depend on your location, this remaining cost will be invoiced to you once you garment is ready to ship. Taxes & duties are not included in this cost, this varies for each country.

If local we allow pick up.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Strictly no refunds on deposits or payments made as everything is made to order.

If you place your order and decide you would like a different style before we have started the process we will allow you to exchange. This decision will have to be made within 48 hours.
